Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hello!

I’m excited to begin this journey with you. My name is Jessica! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Minot State University and a Master’s Degree from Boise State University. I have worked both in the private and public sector for over 10 years. I have experience working with individuals who have dual diagnosis disorders, experienced trauma, grief and loss, ODD, depression, and anxiety. One of the most rewarding aspects of therapy is learning about yourself!
My approach to therapy is person-centered and strength-based to meet a client’s goals through a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship, while navigating through life’s obstacles. My goal is to provide an environment where clients can gain confidence and feel empowered to improve their mental and physical health. I am currently trained in Motivational Interviewing, ASIST trained, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Exposure and Response, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Somatic techniques.
I am currently seeing clients ages 15 and older. Please reach out with any questions!
