Hello!

I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) who is passionate about creating a supportive, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout their mental health journey.

 

Before becoming a counselor, Anna spent eight years working as a social worker in a medical clinic, where she supported individuals and families through a variety of life challenges. That experience helped her develop a compassionate, client-centered approach and a deep appreciation for the connection between physical and emotional well-being.

 

Anna provides therapy for children (ages 7 and older), adolescents, and adults. She believes that every person has unique strengths and strives to help clients build practical coping skills, increase resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, stress, or other personal challenges, Anna is committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can occur.

 

Anna sees clients at our Beulah location and is proud to serve individuals and families in Beulah and the surrounding rural communities. She understands the importance of having access to quality mental health care close to home and is committed to providing compassionate, accessible support for those living in rural North Dakota.
